With DogFlow your dog school gets its own booking page. Owners see the upcoming courses with the free places and sign up themselves and their dog, without an account and without a phone call.
The situation
Sign-ups by chat are quick to write and hard to manage
"Is there still a place on Saturday?" The question comes by chat, on the phone and on the training ground. You answer, add the name to the list and ask later for breed, age and phone number.
When two requests are under way at the same time, the last place is quickly given away twice. And whoever wants to sign up on Sunday evening waits until Monday for your answer.

A booking page that fills your roster
Free places, price and location at a glance
Every course shows date, location, trainer, price and the number of free places. Owners filter by trainer and by group class or private lesson.
Sign-up with details about the dog
The form asks for the owner's name, e-mail and phone number and for the dog's name, breed, health notes and goals. After sending it the place is booked, and the owner receives a confirmation by e-mail.
No place given away twice
DogFlow checks the number of places at the moment of booking. Whoever comes too late sees the course as fully booked.
The sign-up is in your course at once
DogFlow recognises known owners by their e-mail address and creates new ones together with their dog. A notification appears in the workspace.
Booking closes by your rules
You decide how many hours or days before the start of a course online booking closes.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about online booking
Do owners need an account to book a dog course?
No. A name, an e-mail address and the details about the dog are enough to book. Owners need an account only for the client portal, and you invite them to it.
Can owners pay online when they book?
No. DogFlow has no online payment. The price is shown when booking, and you create the invoice after the course, with a QR-bill if you want.
In which languages is the booking page available?
In German, French, Italian and English. Owners switch the language on the page themselves, and the confirmation e-mail arrives in the language they chose.
Can I embed the booking page in my website?
No, you link to it. For security reasons the page cannot be placed inside a frame on another website. A "Book a course" button with the link serves the same purpose.
How is the form protected against spam?
Every booking passes an invisible check in the browser, without picture puzzles and without a third-party service. In addition, the number of booking attempts per minute is limited.
