Invoices for dog schools: QR-bill and 10-lesson packages without tally sheets
DogFlow creates the invoices from your courses: one draft per participant, as a PDF with the Swiss QR-bill. Prepaid packages such as a 10-lesson card are kept by DogFlow as credit.
The situation
Invoicing today means comparing lists
After the course you go through the roster, copy the last invoice, change name and amount and look up the IBAN. For the 10-lesson card you keep a tally, on a card or in a spreadsheet.
Mistakes only show when an owner asks: one lesson too many crossed off, an invoice forgotten, a card that was used up long ago.

From attendance to invoice, without copying
Swiss QR-bill
You enter IBAN and billing address once. After that the QR payment part is on the last page of every invoice PDF.
Training packages as credit
A package has a title, a number of sessions, a price and, if you want, a validity in days. Selling it creates the invoice for the package. With every sign-up you redeem one session, and no further invoice is created for that attendance.
You decide where a package is valid
For each course you decide whether it can be paid with a package, and with which ones. DogFlow does not accept expired or used-up packages.
VAT, logo and your own texts
You switch on VAT if you are liable for it. Logo, payment term, salutation and invoice text are set in the company settings.
Overview and export
The invoice overview shows the status of every invoice: draft, sent, paid or cancelled, with filters by year and month. A whole year can be exported as a CSV file for your bookkeeping.

Questions about invoices and packages
Can I create Swiss QR-bills with DogFlow?
Yes. As soon as you have switched on the QR-bill in the company settings and entered your IBAN, every invoice PDF contains the QR payment part.
How do I keep a 10-lesson package in DogFlow?
You create a package with ten sessions and sell it to the owner. This creates an invoice for the package price. With every sign-up to a course that accepts it, you choose the package instead of "Pay per session". You and the owner see how many sessions are left.
Does DogFlow send the invoices by e-mail?
No. You download the PDF and send it yourself, by e-mail or by post. Owners with portal access can also download their invoice in the client portal.
Does DogFlow detect incoming payments automatically?
No. There is no connection to your bank. You set an invoice to "Paid" yourself once the money has arrived.
Can I issue invoices without VAT?
Yes. VAT is switched off until you activate it in the company settings and enter your VAT number.
