For independent dog trainers
If you teach on your own, there is no office behind you. DogFlow takes over the scheduling, keeps a file on every dog and prepares the invoice.
The situation
You are out on the training ground or on the way to the next client. You answer appointment requests in the evening, look for the note on the last lesson in a chat thread and write the invoice when you remember it.
In one-to-one training, what happened last time matters most: what the dog showed, what the owner was supposed to practise and what comes next. That belongs in a file, not in your memory.
How it works with DogFlow
You enter once when you give private lessons: weekday, time window, length of a session and the break in between. DogFlow turns this into bookable sessions for the next six weeks and leaves out times when you already have a course.
On your booking page owners pick a free session and say which dog they are bringing and what they want to work on. A private lesson is taken after one booking.
Breed, age, vaccinations, health and behaviour notes and the training goals are stored with the dog, the emergency contact with the owner.
You note the exercises, the progress, the homework and the next focus. Before the next lesson you read up on where you left off.
You define your goals once, for example recall or loose-lead walking, and set the status for each dog: not started, in progress or mastered.
You sell packages with a fixed number of sessions or invoice every lesson separately, as a PDF with the Swiss QR-bill.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The Starter plan is meant for a single person and includes owner and dog profiles and the training calendar. The current prices are on the rates page.
Only owners you invite to the client portal. There they see the training logs for their dog and its profile with the health and behaviour notes. Internal notes about the owner do not appear in the portal.
Yes, in the client portal and only until the cancellation deadline that you set in hours or days before the start. The session becomes free again and you get a notification in the workspace.
No. An availability rule creates the sessions of the next six weeks automatically and keeps adding new ones. Single sessions outside the rule are still created by hand.
